What the Pho!?

Hi! I often hear a lot of people asking, where is the best place to eat pho?

First of all, How do we pronounce the word? It's pronounced "phuh", not phow, phoe, foe, but "phuh". To get even more politically correct phuh, with a question mark. Phở

The reason why I created this site, is to let you guys know the best places to eat pho, and Vietnamese food. First of all, I'd like to say that I am a true Vietnamese with true Vietnamese taste. I often go to Vietnamese restaurants with my non-Vietnamese friends and even when it's not good, I still hear them go crazy of how it tastes so good. (Probably their first time trying Pho). Pho in general has a taste that's different, it's not just chicken broth, with seasoning (simple to make) It takes 12 hours of preparation, in cooking the beef bones, and still only sells for an average of $7 a bowl.
